Subscriber/User Conduct

(for KK Message boards, Guest books) You shall use KK Website’s interactive sections–the Message Board and Guest Book–for lawful purposes only. You shall not post or transmit through such sections any material which violates or infringes in any way upon the rights of others, which is unlawful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, vulgar, obscene, profane or otherwise objectionable, which encourages conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any law, or which, without KK’s express prior approval, contains advertising or any solicitation with respect to products or services.

Any conduct by you that in KK’s discretion restricts or inhibits any other Subscriber from using or enjoying KK Websites will not be permitted. You shall not use KK Websites to advertise or perform any commercial solicitation, including, but not limited to, the solicitation of users to become subscribers of other on-line information services competitive with KK Websites.

Monitoring Rights of KK

(for KK World Wide Web pages and for Message boards, Guest books in particular) KK shall have the right, but not the obligation, to monitor the content of KK Website’s interactive forums –the Message Board and Guest Book– to determine compliance with this Agreement and any operating rules established by KK and to satisfy any law, regulation or authorized government request. KK shall have the right in its sole discretion to edit, refuse to post or remove any material submitted to or posted on these forums.

Termination

These terms are effective unless and until terminated by either you or KK. You may terminate this Agreement at any time, provided that you discontinue any further use of this Site. KK also may terminate this Agreement at any time and may do so immediately without notice, and accordingly deny you access to its Websites, if in KK sole discretion you fail to comply with any term or provision of this Agreement.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability
